.Job Description


Confer with customers by email/chat or by phone to provide information about the product, to trouble shoot problems that customer might have.

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Check to ensure that appropriate actions were made to resolve customers' issues.
Resolve complaints by performing activities such as troubleshooting and providing relevant information on time.

Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess severity of the issue and to determine possible causes.
